On May 1st, Intel announced its intention to exit the server business and pass on the Intel DSG (Datacenter Solutions Group) business to MiTAC, their long-time ODM partner. In this arrangement, MiTAC will sell, support, and continue to build the current Intel DSG products after July 1st 2023. MiTAC team has been diligent in making sure the transition is smooth and we have accomplished the following tasks: CTO (Configure to Order) portal went live on July 1st, Support Centers are ready for tech support and RMA-related inquiries and services, DSG Product and Roadmaps training can be scheduled with all partners starting August 1st.

Product Roadmaps- We are seeing confusion regarding the EOL notice posted on the Intel webpage, that all DSG models are announced EOL starting July 1st. To clarify, all five models under the current DSG product line will continue to be sold under MiTAC retaining the Intel brand name.

Product Support– MiTAC will take over support for DSG products sold after July 1st, 2023. The support portal can be accessed via the MiTAC DSG website. MiTAC support center located in Newark, California will cover the North America customer base, and the location in Taiwan will cover Asia and EMEA markets.
